Presso takes your privacy seriously. We only collect the information we need to deliver and improve our services.

What We Collect:

• Your name and email address
• The presentation file(s) you upload
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe—we never see or store your card details)

How We Use It:

• To deliver your repaired presentation
• To send confirmation or status emails
• To improve our service (anonymously)

What We Don’t Do:

• We don’t sell or share your data with third parties.
• We don’t use your files for training AI or internal analysis.
• We don’t access your presentations for any reason other than completing the service.

Security:

We use secure file handling and HTTPS encryption. All uploaded files are stored securely and deleted after 14 days unless otherwise requested.
