1. Service Description:

Presso provides flat-rate formatting and repair of presentation files. We do not rewrite, create, or verify content unless otherwise agreed.

2. Upload Guidelines:

You must own the rights to the content you upload, or have permission to submit it. No illegal or sensitive content, please.

3. Payments & Refunds:

Payment is due at the time of service. We offer full refunds if you are not satisfied with the result and notify us within 7 days.

4. File Retention:

We delete uploaded and repaired files after 14 days unless otherwise arranged. Please download your final version promptly.

5. Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our service. We make no guarantees beyond our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property:

You retain full ownership of your content. Presso claims no rights over your files.
